Policies

50% deposit is due at time of booking.

Remaining balance of rental cost due 7 days prior to start of rental.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 

Date changes may be made up to 21 days before your check-in date. Cancellations may be made up to 21 days before your check-in date and your deposit will be refunded less a 15% processing fee. After this time deposit paid is nonrefundable

Security deposit is credit card on file. Will be charged if necessary if inspection after checkout finds damages. 

Minimum age to rent: 25.

No smoking or vaping/e-cigarette use anywhere on the property.


Check in time is 3 pm. 

Checkout time is 11 am.

Quiet hours 10pm-8am.


The Berkeley Beach Club is a dog-friendly property. We welcome up to 2 dogs in our suites for a nonrefundable pet fee of $150, or $100 for 1 dog, plus tax. One dog is welcome in our studios for $100 plus tax dog fee. Weight limits apply (up to 50 pounds for one dog, up to a total weight of 75 pounds for 2 dogs in suites only). No cats.

There is one (1) parking pass for street parking available for your unit. You will need to provide the license plate number for your vehicle at or before check-in.


No events/parties without prior approval.


We welcome longer-term rentals; for rentals longer than one week, additional weekly cleaning fees may apply.

There is a 2-night minimum rental in our suites.

During holiday periods (Memorial Day, July 1st-8th, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years) there is a 3-night minimum for all suites and rooms. For Thanksgiving weekend there is a 4-night minimum.
